Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken Noodle Soup- Recipe by Ina Garten, serves 6 I did add additional chicken stock to this pot after the picture was taken. I do prefer a lot of broth in my chicken noodle soup. Sorry I have been missing for almost two weeks. Just recovered from a cold and sinus infection. I am all upbeat and ready to cook! Since it’s been so cold lately, I decided to make this comforting chicken noodle soup. Roasting the chicken breasts in the oven, chopping a few vegetables and throwing in the egg noodles with store-bought chicken stock makes this soup easy to prepare and delicious! I used to make chicken stock at home but realized it was a very expensive affair. . . . CLICK TO READ MORE

Caesar Club Sandwich

Caesar Club Sandwich- Recipe By Ina Garten I love this sandwich recipe by Ina Garten and every time it’s made my husband’s eyes light up. A creamy and delicious mix of mayo, mustard, garlic, parsley and anchovy paste is slathered onto a rustic Italian bread called “Ciabatta“. The anchovy paste enhances the taste of the dressing and it’s not at all fishy, so please don’t skip it. It is then layered with cooked chicken, sun dried tomatoes, pancetta, Parmesan cheese and some arugula leaves. It’s delicious and so easy to make! Ingredients 2 split (1 whole) chicken breasts, bone in, skin on Good olive oil Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 4 ounces thinly sliced pancetta 1 large garlic clove, . . . CLICK TO READ MORE

Outrageous Brownies

Outrageous Brownies -Recipe by Ina Garten – 20 large brownies These “outrageous” brownies are aptly named because they’re are rich, chocolaty, and decadent in every sense of the word. The “secret” ingredient in this recipe is coffee – as it really brings out the chocolate flavor. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream. (As this recipe makes a big batch, I usually freeze the brownies – individually wrapped in cling seal and foil before placing in a zip log bag). Ingredients: 1 pound unsalted butter 1 pound plus 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate 6 extra-large eggs 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract 2 1/4 cups sugar 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking . . .
