I had the pleasure of making cookies, cake pops and lots of other desserts for one of my closest friend’s daughter’s wedding last month. There were over 350 guests who attended the wedding!
The chocolate dessert table at the reception included – Oreos dipped in chocolate and topped with a gold edible fondant flower, Oreo Pyramids, Pretzels dipped in chocolate, Chocolate sugar cookies, Oreo Gems, Pretzels wrapped in caramel and dipped in chocolate, Rice Krispy treats and Ferrero Rocher chocolates!
Oreos Pyramids- Crushed mint Oreos and topped with an edible gold leaf! The gold oreos are dusted with an edible gold powder “Rolkem”. Rolkem works well on chocolate and fondant. I used this gold powder on the fondant decorations too:)
Pretzels wrapped with caramel and dipped in chocolate!
